Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and Europe.
We deliver with DHL
Standard delivery time: 2-5 working days
You will receive your order within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.
We only deliver to people over the age of 18 with an address in Germany or Europe.
During the payment process you have the option of changing the delivery address or adding a new one.

Returns
You can send the goods back to us free of charge immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you received the goods.
Are you our customer?
You must log into your account. Under "My Orders" you can see all the goods you have ordered. There you have the option of clicking the "Request return slip" button. Alternatively, you can click directly on the "Return" item in the left column. Just enter your order number and email address. You will then receive a returns slip by email. In addition, a return slip is included in your package when the goods are shipped.
DHL returns:
• You may only send goods back to us that were sent to you with DHL.
• The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging. Please enclose the return slip.

How can I order an item?
You put the quantity of the items to be ordered in the shopping cart.
Next, click on "Checkout". Then you get to the options for ordering:
by registering, by logging in or as a guest.
Registration
When you register, you have to fill out a form. To do this, enter your e-mail address, a password and contact address and confirm that you have read the data protection declaration.

If you are already a customer, log in with your username and password.
Then you enter the delivery address.
As a guest
You complete the ordering process by providing information about delivery and payment. You confirm that you have read our terms and conditions.
You choose and confirm the payment options.
Finally, your order overview appears.
You complete the ordering process by clicking on “Confirm and pay”.
How can I return my order?
You have fourteen days to make your return the order to us.
You can request your return slip online under "My orders" on the Return slip button. We will then send you an email with the return slip.
When sending the item, please indicate the quantity of the returned item on the return slip and enclose it in your package.
The prepaid return label must be on your package and then you send it back to us.
How do I get my money back?
The return money will be refunded according to the payment method you used when ordering.
